1.All the Blogger site at the following address: http://www.blogger.com/
2.Click on the red arrow 'Create your blog ' . But before you will have 2 opportunities to create your blog with Blogger : You can use the old version or new version.

If so, fill out your information directly on the form for creating a Google Account.

4. So you're now on page " Name your blog. " Give a suitable name for your blog, preferably related to your passion. Then click continue.
5. After giving a name and address url to your blog, you'll be directed to a page to choose a template or a theme for your blog. Choose the theme you want. You can change it later.
6 - Now click on continue and your blog will be created.
7-clicking on "Post Message" you will be directed to a page where there is a dashboard to create your first message. Normally a welcome message. As you see on the screen image.

9-Now just post your blog in a new window. You can access it directly by typing its address in your browser. In our case http://blogging--test.blogspot.com
